Our Response to COVID-19
As with everyone, Transitions 2 Success is adapting to a COVID-19 world. Our goal is to be as responsive to our students , families and community as possible. We want to encourage everyone to stay as safe as possible, stay home as much as possible, wear your masks if you must go outside and practice social distancing to the greatest extent possible. We are diligently working to provide information, support and resources to our students and families, in the midst of this pandemic.

During this pandemic, we have donated more than 400 care packages and hygiene kits to essential workers and children. Through a generous donation from LUSH Cosmetics and our partnership with Good 360, we've been able to accomplish this.
