A major way that we accomplish this is by providing community based and hands on learning experiences. Another key way is through supporting students as they pursue their post-secondary educational goals.

We have a special interest in at-risk, inner-city, foster and special needs students who would benefit greatly from any additional support and resources.

Transitions 2 Success was founded in 2004 with the intention of provided housing and support to children in the foster care system. As the years progressed we saw a greater and unmet need to provide resources and support to students who were seeking to pursue higher education. Transitions 2 Success was founded in 2004 with the intention of provided housing and support to children in the foster care system. As the years progressed we saw a greater and unmet need to provide resources and support to students who were seeking to pursue higher education. Additionally, we wanted to be a strong and significant source of support to students who were in the final stages of completing their college degrees as we have come to realize that often for students with financial needs or first generation college students, support during this time has been crucial in the success of their endeavors.
